WE ARE EQUIPPED TO HANDLE ALL LEVELS OF FINISHING…FROM PROTOTYPES TO PRODUCTION, IN AN AGILE AND COST EFFECTIVE MANNER.

Material Choices Include:
—> WATER BASE ENAMELS (High and Low Bake)
—> HIGH SOLID URETHANES
—> POWDER PAINT (various temperatures, glosses, textures, and classes)

Facilities:
• Fully conveyorized, 5-stage, high-pressure spray washer with attached 12'x28' flash-off oven. Cleans and iron phophatizes parts (aluminum or steel) before paint, ensuring maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance.

• Two baking ovens, for batch or in-line operations, equipped with re-circulating heating systems that ensure controlled temperatures at every point, on every part.
‡ Five individual paint booths (one conveyorized) for production and prototype finishing.

• Equipment for electrostatic, airless air assist "wet" paint, and conventional powder systems.

• Complete library of colors and textures with paint stocking services for established customers.

• Rapid Response for "hot jobs" or prototypes, a key to overall customer responsiveness/agility.
