Our modern 8,000 sqaure-foot. machine shop is a clean controlled
environment with full shop floor controls and state-of-the-art CNC mills, lathes,
drills, die & tap, spot welding and heavy duty forming equipment. We
provide complete machining services for frames, card cage enclosures, and special
projects. Airtronics has developed unique processes for handling tubular steel,
stainless, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics and other materials requiring
welding, bonding and machining processes. Our capabilities include prototyping,
low to high volume product runs, high production manufacturing, and partnerships
with off-shore companies as needed for cost-effective large production parts.
