Carts Roll into the Spotlight
To launch our new line of Airtronics Food Service products, we took our Deluxe Food Service Carts on the roado.
First stop: Prduct
Realization Network mixer at Stanford University, where hungry engineering students and faculty members indulged in tamales, rice and beans served from the Airtronics Deluxe Steamer Cart. Made of high-grade steel and powder coated with epoxy paint, the cart proved a feast for the eyes, drawing kudos and questions about its construction and design.
Second stop: CaterSource Conference &Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada, where both our Deluxe Steamer Cart and Deluxe Griddle Cart were exhibited. CaterSource is the nation’s premier catering show, and more than 6,000 caterers and foodservice professionals attended this year’s event. Business was hopping at the Airtronics booth.
“The response [to our carts] was phenomenal,” says Jim Ellis, Airtronics vice president of engineering. “We not only got a lot of interest from restaurants and catering companies, but several colleges want to order carts for their campuses.”
