SAN JOSE, Calif. - Sept 1, 2004 - Airtronics Metal Products, Inc., one of Silicon Valley's premier custom sheet metal engineering, design and manufacturing companies for the technology industry, today announced that the upper management had completed their buyout of the company without the need to bring in outside investors. Jeff Burke, Jim Ellis, Diane Neff and Fermin Rodriguez will be the new owners taking over from John Richardson who purchased the business twenty three years ago.

Jeff Burke, who has been with the company for ten years, will assume the reigns of President and CEO, while continuing as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Jim Ellis with his twenty one years of service will remain V.P., Director of Engineering, and Diane Neff will continue as Director of Finance and Administration. Fermin Rodriguez, the company's senior employee who has been at Airtronics since 1975, will remain V.P., Director of Manufacturing.

"My management colleagues and I are happy that we were able to complete this acquisition without the need for outside investors and new management," said Jeff Burke.
