	The Airtronics Team The Company has been in business over 45 years (1960). Airtronics Metal Products, Inc. is a California Corporation. Our business focus is: Precision electronic sheet metal fabrication, machining, in house paint finishing and silkscreening and electronic manufacturing solutions(Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical).
			John Richardson John serves as Chairman of the Board for Airtronics Metal Products. His background is all in High Technology Management. John spent nine years with Fairchild Semiconductor and eight years with American Microsystems, Inc. (AMI) as V.P. of Marketing/Sales. John has a B.S. Degree from the University of Oregon (1957).

			Jeffrey Burke Jeff brings to Airtronics 24 years experience in all phases of Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Management. He previously held the title of Vice President of Quality Assurance and Value Added Manufacturing at Airtronics. Jeff was recently named President/CEO of Airtronics.

			Jim Ellis Jim has more than 21 years with Airtronics, and more than 24 years in the Electronic Metal Business. He started out hands-on in the shop and for the last 14 years has been in Design / Design Assistance, where his extensive knowledge of Metal Fabrication has paid significant customer dividends in the terms of design, cost reduction, DFM and innovative techniques. He became a V.P. in October 2000.

			Fermin Rodriguez Fermin is our "senior" employee and has been with Airtronics since 1975. He has done virtually every job in the shop, which eminently qualifies him for his position as Manufacturing Manager. He was promoted to Vice President in December of 1995.

			Diane Neff Diane has been with Airtronics for four years. She was with Computer Cabinet Corp. for 6 years prior to Airtronics. During that time she wore several hats in both finance and operations, and this experience is invaluable for her role at Airtronics. Diane has been the Airtronics Controller for all four years.
