Looking for a highly motivated person who is quality oriented. The person must be able to work well with others and complete job requirements in a timely fashion. The person must be able to perform sheetmetal layout and program in Fabriwin with 3-5 years experience. Ability to draw in SolidWorks and familiarity with other CAD systems a plus.
Bring your Amada NC experience to a company that appreciates leadership, quality and effecient department flow. This is a full-time position for someone who has proven supervisory experience with a talent for scheduling and organization. To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 10 years experience setting up Amada Vipros 358 and EM NC Turret Punch Presses, and you will need to demonstrate your experience with line control and auto-loader on Amada machines. Must have own job-related tools. Must be familiar with Windows-based computers and software experience should include Word, Excel, AP100 with a familiarity in programming software. Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form.
NC Operator
Swing - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. NC operator/set up position. Looking for 5 years experience setting up Amada NC punch, line control and Amada EM experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in English.
Swing - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. 3 years minimum experience setting up Amada Press Brake. NT and Robot experience preferred. Must have own job-related tools, and able to communicate in English.
Assembly
Swing - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. Looking for 2 to 5 years experience with ability to read and understand assembly drawings and instructions. Must be able to communicate in English.
Painter
Swing, Painter with 5 years experience in wet and powder paint. Both smooth
and texture, familiar with the preparation process with all paints and able to communicate in English.
Silk Screener
Silk-screens parts to print/artwork. Knowledge of screening and equipment required. Will assist in creating new screens and advise what will be required as we grow the department.
Shake & Deburr
Experienced Shake and Deburr person will also perform some secondary operations; countersink, grain, etc.
Tool Crib Attendant
Excellent entry level oportunity. Airtronics will train for this position.
