Estimator

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Estimator with experience in precision sheet metal job estimating. Must have complete knowledge of precision sheet metal fabrication techniques. Strong mathematics skills needed along with basic computer skills * Word, Excel, etc. Must be a team player with interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Creative, energetic self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review information from customer and determine if job can be fabricated
based upon our manufacturing capabilities. Occasional customer contact
to procure additional information may be required. Develop a detailed, pre-planned job estimate. Determine sequence, operations, setup time requirements, cycle time requirements and enter these into the estimating software. Add notes and comments to aid manufacturing. Attach hardware, material and outside processes.
Obtain hard price and lead-time quotes from outside service suppliers
and vendors. From our approved vendor list, forward information on items
that will need to be produced or processed outside of the facility.
Maintain records of vendor quotes for purchasing procurement.

Flat Pattern Layout Inspector

Verify all sheet metal programs and processes before manufacturing.
3 years min. exp. in press brake and inspection required. This position reports to quality, so accuracy is critical. All applicants will be tested.

 

Frame Welder

Precision Fabricator.

Precision Frame Welder with 10 years minimum experience needed. Must be able to read blue prints and weld symbols, both Mig and Tig welding. Must be able to weld CRS, Aluminum and Stainless Steel.

Cerification AWS D1.1 a definite plus

 

Certified Weld Technician

Performs weld production activities which require a broad knowledge of various processes. Oversees and monitors production to ensure quality and performs verifications and inspections of products and machines. Assist in training of new employees and aids employees with questions regarding work standards. Performs troubleshooting and maintenance to equipment and operates production machinery when there are personnel shortages or changes in scheduling. Works effectively with co-workers and others, listens to and objectively considers ideas and suggestions from others, and addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practcal business solutions. Must have 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training/education.

 

Assembly

Looking for 5 years experience with ability to read and understand assembly drawings and instructions. Must be able to communicate in English.
